As a matter of record, The youngest female ever recorded to have given birth was 5 years old, Her name was Lina Medina, from the Ticrapo District of Peru, gave birth by cesarean section in Lima at age 5 1⁄2. The infant was a 2.64 kg (5.8 lb), 47.5 cm (18.7 in) boy named Gerardo. Medina’s parents, who assumed their daughter had a tumor, took her to a hospital in late March, where she was then found to be 7 months pregnant. By interrogating her parents, the doctors understood that Medina had entered into precocious puberty (when hormone glands are activated earlier than normal) very early after her birth.Although Medina’s father was arrested on suspicion of sexual abuse, he was later released due to lack of evidence, and the baby’s biological father was never identified. There have been countless mothers age 10, many from the United States, the most recent on record was March 18, 2009.
A couple of days ago friends of mine were visiting, the mother and her cute little 8-year-old daughter who I must add is also very intelligent. In fact, she easily has the knowledge and experience of a girl twice her age. In any event, I have been trying, as my time is allowed, to help her clear up some acne on her face. I mentioned that she was too young to have such issues and we should work to keep her face clean and acne free now so that it is not an even greater problem when she reaches twice her age of 16. Her mother yelled back that I was wrong as 8-year-old girls were now starting their menstrual cycles. Of course I am very well aware of this fact but more importantly, unlike the mother, I am aware as to why this is occurring, but, I felt it was an inappropriate discussion to have in front of this 8-year-old little girl.
Because girls as young as 8 are having their menstrual cycles, Is this then appropriate? Are 8-year-old girls who can not keep their own skin clear of acne mature enough to give birth to, raise and support their own children? I was 28 years old when my first child was born and if I had it to do over again, I would have waited probably another 7 years. This was not because I was immature, I owned and operated my own Engineering firm, raising children should, however, be a job that is 100% focused on the children’s best interest and both parents should, without any doubt, share equally, 50/50 in the raising of said children. Neither my ex-wife nor I were in positions within our own lives or careers where we were able to give the time necessary to raise our son. I believe, that he should have been raised, with our full attention focused on his welfare.
Of course, the question here is, why is it that our children, little girls as young as 8 years old are able to menarche(first menstruation) at such an early age? Is it, as many believe, our diet to blame? Partially… But I have always felt strongly, then after much research into the matter, I have found that others, specialists within the field concur, it is also our environment. But let me explain in greater detail the full depth of what I mean by, our environment.
Yes, studies have been performed and girls as young as 8 years old are actually reaching menarche or, their first menstrual cycle. Make no mistake, in most scenarios, this is a direct and yet another adverse effect on our children’s human rights to share equally in the lives of both of their fit and willing parents equally, into adulthood, after a divorce.
What you say? Our children, our daughters as young as 8 years old are having their first menstrual cycle? Yes, Unfortunately, when both parents are not actively involved in their children’s lives, actively participating in the maturation of their children, said maturation of our children becomes disrupted and our children seek out activities which are improper for their age, activities which may be opportunistic sexual activities, these activities can and do result in an earlier onset of puberty and menarche (Belsky et al., 1991).
These actions and what we have in today’s society, a fatherless society, not just in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom where 1 in 3 children grow up in Fatherless homes but also in countries like Australia and New Zealand where 1 in 6 children grow up in fatherless homes. Fatherless homes do not a civilized society make, in fact, just the opposite is proven time and time again all throughout the world.
So, here are the facts… without the father figure within the home, the female body realizes that there is no father figure, no male presence, therefore, the biology within the female body states, “This is an unstable environment, there are a shortage of males within the population,” then the female brain within the fatherless society sees that unless we procreate the survival of our pack or even our species will cease to exist. With this knowledge, the brain sends signals stating, the evolutionary process must be expedited in order for our species to continue. The evolutionary process as a whole must be expedited, there is a shortage of males within our pack. This then expedites sexual maturation of the female so that these individuals are able to pass on their genes before it is too late. This answers the biological reasoning as to why it is today that as many as 1 in 3 females, as young as 8 years old may reach the ability to reproduce at such an early age.
But, what if there is a male within the household but he is a step-father? Any unrelated male within the household is perceived biologically by the female brain as a reproductive opportunity and this will also accelerate the reproductive cycle or, menarche (Barkow, 1986). This has also been proven in another study as provided by in 2004 by (Ellis and Garber.) Fortunately, however, stepfathers who are actually capable and willing to offer as supportive and concerned a role in the female child’s upbringing as their biological father can actually delay menarche as would be the role when the biological father is within, or be playing an equally active role in the life of the female child.
A female child’s reason to have an early first menarche can be traced back to infancy. This then, it has been determined is a direct result of the female child’s attachment or, non-attachment with her own mother. If the mother is unattached, unconcerned or is even harsh on her young baby, even such actions as these may have an adverse effect of the young girl’s evolutionary process and her ability to reach menarche at a young age. Why? Such adverse influences may drive a young girl’s biological clock to wish to mature much faster so that she may then evolve to sexual maturity much faster and wish that she herself may be able to reproduce and start her own pack at an earlier age.(Belsky, Steinberg, Houts, & Halpern-Felsher, 2010).
So, what is the bottom line? I myself have 2 daughters. I love my children with every molecule of my being, I would never, not for one second, give a second thought to giving my life to protect my children, but… As a direct result of a corrupt, biased and ignorant judiciary I have not had contact with any of my children in over 11 years. My only options are my actions, I have proudly protested for all of our children’s rights in 20 United States. I speak my mind at every opportunity everywhere I go, I state the facts and refer to studies such as these and actions of parental alienation as outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual DSM-5, compiled by the American Psychiatric Association, which, as far as I am concerned, clearly states that it is harmful to my children to be alienated from the love, guidance, care, security, education and more which was passed on to me by my parents and should have been passed on by me to my children.
Derogatory comments about me by my ex-wife should be, as they are becoming, unlawful. One day, we will all live in a truly civilized society, a society which realizes the importance of our children and those who cause physical or psychological harm to our children will be held accountable for their actions. Yes, it is too late for a relationship with my children today, I have written hundreds of letters and made and sent no fewer than thousands of telephone calls, e-mails, and text messages. All I can do is hope and if there is a God, pray, that he and others will understand that at no fault of that of my children or myself, we lived a life separated from each other. Again, I have loved all of my children, no matter what anyone may say or think. I have loved my children with every molecule of my being, and not one single day has gone by without my truly thinking of my love for my children and unfortunately feeling the pain of emptiness within my heart,
