A little background on Harvey Weinstein before we discuss his apparent, impending divorce and child custody matters… In 2005, Harvey & Bob Weinstein left Miramax Films, which they co-founded in 1979. After leaving Miramax, Harvey and Bob started “The Weinstein Company” recognized by those in the industry as a mini-major film studio. Still, Harvey was recognized by all as a very powerful man in Hollywood and still is, in fact, he will probably have this article removed, this website shut down and if I had more than 2 nickles in my pocket, he would take them…  But, I wish no ill-will on Harvey, In all honesty, I obviously understand the situation he is facing and if we can offer some guidance, in a discreet manner, we will, for the best interest of his children, do exactly that!

As of just moments ago, it was brought to my attention that Harvey Weinstein, 65, and his wife Georgina Chapman, 41 who were married in 2007 and have two children together, ages 7 and 4 are now, as the result of Harvey’s undisputed infidelities within his marriage, Georgina Chapman, is apparently leaving Harvey as a result of said indiscretions. Harvey also has 3 older children from a previous marriage, now, I don’t know how that divorce and parental rights issue was resolved but something tells me this divorce and Harvey’s efforts to enjoy equal parenting time with his children is going to be a little more difficult.

However, being an outspoken activist for children’s rights, I believe Harvey’s children should, as long as Harvey is fit and willing, be able to share equally in Harvey’s life. So, with that said Harvey, if you have any questions or comments, we are here to offer guidance. Of course in this situation, we will need to proceed in conjunction with your attorney’s in this matter.

You know what Harvey? As hard as it may be to believe at this point in time, I believe there may be a silver lining to all of this, I believe together, we can change family law. You can enjoy what your children deserve, equal parenting rights and I also believe that together we can affect a change for the 84.4% of the non-custodial parents in the United States, I’m sure you are aware, they are fathers who love their children too…
